Repeat That Again - Slowly?

"...details have emerged showing the U.S. government and a representative of President Bush's reelection campaign [were] heavily involved in drafting the speech given to Congress last week by interim Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi."

The Bush campaign wrote the damn speech?!

Dr., we're not going to win the war on terror if you keep undermining our brave allies with disparaging remarks like that one.

Sirs:

I am outraged as well as taken quite aback at the suggestion that there is anything at all even slightly untoward about the Bush campaign writing Allawi's speech for him. Good God Man! Certainly there has been enough trouble about it! If this is the sort of nancy boy back biting one can expect, one might go so far as to wonder why we even HAVE the colony!

Respectfully Outraged,
