A shame it works with Outlook, but not Thunderbird, AOL Instant Messenger, but not Yahoo! Instant Messenger, Internet Explorer, but not Firebird. I do use Word, but only grudgingly.

And PC only. What's up with that?!
The Outlook specificity is part of why I'm hanging back for now. I wouldn't be surprised if Mozilla/Thunderbird support is added in short order.
Back in the 80s there was a program called Lotus Magellan that did this sort of thing. It developed a fiercely loyal following, and for years after its discontinuation clients asked me if this or that program was the "next Magellan" I'm hopeful.
