Rather shabby, this list. Glosses over Hellenistic states, as well as the Holy Roman Empire (Corinth and the Palatinate were unavailable for comment).
Maybe I should re-write that page myself, with some help from my colleagues in Samnium and the Kingdom of Numidia.
Box my ears for a fool ere I consort with filthy Samniumians!
