I'm just about done with Facebook
A few Eisengeisters haven't joined Facebook, yet. My advice: don't. You just have way too little control over who sees what information about you, and even well intended actions can lead to unintended consequences.

Pro: pictures of kids and animals, Vonn's quiz results.
Con: Alarming friend requests.
It's degenerated into a spamfest for applications demanding you sign up for them.
A few simple bits of usability testing would have helped, but apparently facebook is run by idiots.
i think you're all on drugs. facebook RULES. i love getting in touch with people i didn't care to even think about for 20 years and see photos of myself in tube socks. and nothing beats getting invited to yet another application/game. and the status updates! i would have never realized there was a FOUR POINT FOUR earthquake a few days ago were it not for the immediate status updates on facebook - which i read 24/7 so i'm always up to date on who's kid just had a bowel movement or who's going to the gym again.
so take your hate elsewhere, you won't find any pity from me.
either that or i'm drunk

CFO quit today, never a good sign.
