Of course! Basic numeracy is available to everyone with a $500 phone and a $50/mo data plan!
In general, I am in favor of fewer school administrators.
I'm in favor of teaching critical thinking.
The sooner kids learn their school administrators are idiots the sooner they make the leap to learning their ruling oligarchs are idiots.
