Mittens on Peasants
Romney lets fly with complete contempt for half of America in this jaw-dropping video. More at TPM.
It would be nice to see him as kind of goofy and pathetically needy, but make no mistake about his maliciousness, his sense of deserved privilege, his
limitless arrogance.
Someone needs to make clear to this perfect ass that the United States
is a promise and an obligation to all of its citizens, not just his
precious little circle of privilege and power.
That someone is us. Register, if you know anyone that hasn't already, at Rockthevote.org, and vote. It isn't enough to just win. We have to smack it down with authority.

For the 4th time in a week...time to shake the etch-a-sketch!
Enjoyable Fark thread here...
So, the one thing we finally learn about what Mitt Romney truly believes is that 'you peasants are all a bunch of whiny losers.'
Reminds me of this bit about Goldman, found here:
"[W]hen I contacted Goldman about this story, they couldn't resist using their usual P.R. playbook. In this case, Goldman hastened to point out that Overstock lost this lawsuit (it was dismissed because of a jurisdictional issue), and then had this to say about Overstock:
"Overstock pursued the lawsuit as part of its longstanding self-described "Jihad" designed to distract attention from its own failure to meet its projected growth and profitability goals and the resulting sharp drop in its stock price during the 2005-2006 period.
"Good old Goldman -- they can't answer any criticism without describing their critics as losers, conspiracy theorists, or, most frequently, both. Incidentally, Overstock rebounded from the 2005-2006 short attack to become a profitable company again, during the same period when Goldman was needing hundreds of billions of dollars in emergency Fed lending and federal bailouts to stave off extinction."
Register to vote? I'm missing something. Iis this Mike Romney running for public office?
Is he even eligible? I think he was born in Mexico.
