Aside from the word "Art," and also "Valid," and also "is," I'd have to say "yes."
This is an actual art-work that was for sale on our Alaska cruise. It drew heavy bidding interest. I thought it would have special appeal for you because:
1) Dogs
2) Afterlife of dogs
3) Infantile allegory of stairway to heaven of afterlife of dogs
4) It's not well-painted
I begrudge it not; fare well, weirdly imaginative not great painter of poodle clouds!
