Important transitional announcement
It has come to our attention that Bloglines, which we link to at the bottom of each Eisengeiste page, was shut down in 2010. We regret the inconvenience.
To make it up to our loyal readers, our team worked all weekend on a new feature which will be rolled out tomorrow, fully integrating Eisengeiste into the amazing and popular Google Reader. Google Reader is, of course, the RSS reader of choice, and is supported not by some fly-by-night operators, but by the leading provider of cloud services in the world.
We hope you're as excited as we are about this!

OH MY GOD WTF AM I GONNA DO NOW???
I was just thinking the other day that it must be of some value to Google to know every article on read on RSS.
Some value to Google?

Lifehacker offers this list of alternative RSS readers, all of which are utterly, totally, hilariously doomed.
Eisengeiste will, of course, embark on a massive project to ensure total compatibility with each of them, no matter the cost.
