I don't know. It feels like maybe he's finding a voice here. That, plus tens of millions of dollars in PAC money, might help. If he can get Trump out of the race, then challenge Cruz's citizenship in court, then get the smear out on Rubio without having his fingerprints on it, he could be right back in this thing.
