Let me guess. He plans to spend have the county's budget to hire Rickey Williams as his personal page and then whip him mercilessly when he doesn't put out. If Ditka does anything close to what he did with the Saints, we can all fold up the tents. Still as entertainment goes, should be great grist for the mill.
Speaking of which, does anyone know when football season starts?
