As a reservoir of parochial ignorance, I welcome this little light.
Beware of British Used Submarine Salesmen: Apparantly, all 4 of the used Brit boats Canada bought recently are leaky, smoky, and generally highly questionable.
Best to imagine with Low Accent - "What you call suspicious discoloration, mate, I calls craftmanship."
