Um, Let Me Think... Hmm.... NO!!!

Actually, I say we put this to a vote in Nanking and Warsaw. If they're ok with it, I have no problem.

Yes, to be fair, nations with histories of totalitarianism (China, Russia), imperialism (Britain, France), genocide (U.S.), or wars of aggression (all of the above) should not be allowed to be permanent members of the U.N. Security Council.

Lemmee see, India, world's largest democracy should get a seat and a veto. UK, Germany & France can share a euro-veto, and Brazil and Mexico can sharea a amero-veto. Japan gets a seat, no veto.
