The Viceroy shall now be accredited for calling the season, I believe, perfectly, at 9-7 and then losing it to the Rams. You persipacious bastard.
Silly me, I predicted in September that Darryl Jackson would drop the game winning pass in the Hawks playoff elimination. Instead, the sure-handed Bobby Ingram dropped the game tying pass. So much for predictions.
I am quite sad about how the game turned out. I thought they played hard and despite my pre-season prediction, I was hopeful something magical might happen in the playoffs.
I am already looking forward to next year. The off-season will be very interesting. Holmgren may take the open coaching position is San Francisco. It looks right now as if Alexander and Hassleback will test the free market and we'll have to see if Jerry Rice returns.
