Only t'were it so...NYT reports that the budget item shift is only partial- the money still goes to Alaska to spend. Likely for bridges.
I suggest they shift the funds to relocating or buffering 600 or so rapidly sinking Alaskan villages, before the kids develop three or four Inupiat words for "bikini tan."
