Speaking of selfish punishment, the Palins are at again:
“I just want to go out there and promote abstinence and say this is the safest choice,” (Bristol) said on “Good Morning America.”
“It’s not going to work,” said her ex-boyfriend, Levi Johnston, in a dueling early-morning interview.
If you have ever watched Levi Johnston on TV for two minutes you will appreciate how terrifying it is when he has the most reasonable analysis of a social issue.

Does she think that the concept of a contingency plan is too sophisticated for teenagers to understand?
I had to think for a few minutes about the selfish punishment facet of this. I wonder if the most manipulative, man-eating teenage girls voice their support for abstinence-only because it is more conducive to an environment where they can maximize their power over boys. (Or did I just go and state the very obvious?)

If you have ever watched Levi Johnston on TV...Yes, looking at Mr. Johnston it horrifies me that he's out there at risk of procreating. Clearly abstinence isn't going to happen. How about pre-emptive surgery?
