This is a fine post, but graphically, I feel that there really are far too many video embeds, which eat up the visual space necessary to read the blog easily- I'm afraid that I perceive it as a disincentive to write, because the work would be crowded out and unread.
A more balanced way would be to embed one at a time, and attach any others in links.
