The sadness belt

I guess I knew this - Ohio seems like a notably angry place to me, and many of these states are poor, so I can see why people would be sad.  Still, there's a certain predictability here,  particularly annoying since politicians from these states seem to wield disproportionate influence in national politics.

I am not buying what you are selling, SUH.
