Man on the radio today said they need to quit overloading Kaepernick with complicated stuff, give him simpler tasks, let him be more of a game manager. If only the San Francisco 49ers had a proven quarterback who could do that...

Showed this to my staff today, to boost morale, and also so I could laugh at them because their football team sucks so much.
At my office, I'm in patronizing, "Your team is really good, I'm sure they'll make the playoffs" mode.
