[Update: to the best of my knowledge, no member of the Steller classes of '82, '79, or '85 has been indicted or arrested for anything. I've corrected the posting.]

It says he's 39, which is too young to be a member of the class of '82.
Actually, I don't remember the guy...
I'm pretty sure you're thinking of Tom Andrews, Undersecretary. (Maybe this was the guy you saw riding that motorcycle?)
