Many of us can attest from personal experience that this is the one of the most successful programs of the Alaska Science and Technology Foundation.
Noteworthy - someone who wrote this has been to Anchorage and ripped the Koot's logo, if not their slogan, which I seem to remember as "Where We kill you, and then pass the blame onto you."
