Do you reckon we could snap up some cheap beach-front real estate? I mean, what are the odds of another Category 5 hurricane crashing through in the next ten years or so?
The best time for me to buy real estate was just after my restrospective at Gagosian in 2015, or in an alternate universe where I became the third largest re-upholstery magnate in the greater Portland area.
