Creeping Fascism Watch

Okay, perhaps this man is an unhelpful agitator. But the government is still trying to defend a secret law, if it exists, by a secret review process. Or something.

Don't be ridiculous; there's a reasonably well-known precedent from the 1978 case of Wormer v Stratton. See citation at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077975/
