Tom Bhin, of Port Angeles, Washington no less. Last report as of this spring was that the tags were an "inside" joke of the employees and they have since stopped making the tag. I heard you can still buy a T-shirt with the slogan on it. Incidently, Tom Bhin makes excellend packs and messenger bags. They are a treasure in my small community.
