This should make the mid-term elections more interesting.
I say should because in this day and age there's no guarantee the press will pick up the story and run with it.

The Abramoff scandal is just waiting in the wings as the understudy of the Plame affair- it involves murder, the mob, and a giantic range of payoffs just like this. It will hit some Democrats too, but as the article says its a bigger deal than the Keane scandal.

It's too juicy for the media to leave alone for very long. Casinos, the highest halls of power, huge payoffs, mob hits in Florida. Abramoff was THE spoke of the GOP lobbyist business, and with the Delay indictment and the records just subpoenaed there, it will spread.
