I bet option 3. The NFL owners and players are greedy, but they're not fools.
Debt Deal/NFL season. The golf-club set is likely to suddenly and emphatically express its desire to its chidoodles in the GOP that it would rather pay 3% more in taxes next year that lose 30% market valuation this year.
