Science and Nazism

A report on an uncomfortable realization that among ordinary German scientists Nazi collaboration was normal, even enthusiastic. The picture of a few mad Nazi scientists performing insane experiments does not reflect a far larger and more quiet collaboration between science institutions and fascism. What it suggests to me is that the technocratic desire to continue research, and the mere momentum of day to day business, can permit the deepest evil.
