Nature Bats Last

We were at the zoo today, and learned that armadillos have become very adept at living in populated areas (basically rats with armor).

Tonight I read that a new hybrid coyote-wolf functions well in human-infested areas, preys on plentiful deer.

What other new adaptations and species are coming, I wonder?
